Spark Of Life are: (clockwise from top left)

Olivier Fabre - Lead/Rhythm Guitar
Andy Sellars - Rhythm Guitar, Lead/Backing Vocals
Matt McDonnell- Drums
Ray Jepson - Bass Guitar
Originating from Sheffield, with the exception of Olivier, who is from Marseilles. The band likes to gig anywhere really, but loves to gig in Sheffield as it is their hometown! Respect due!

Influences
The band draw influence from various different artists. The main songwriters in the band are Matt and Andy, but the rest of the band play their part too. Among the band's favourite influences for songwriting are Layne Staley, Lindsey Buckingham, Tom Morello, Slash, Kirk Hammett, The Gallachers, Anthony Kiedis, Kelly Jones
WELL WHADDYA PLAY?
Spark of Life play a melodic type of rock. Not wanting to be compared to other bands in terms of style, they write and perform different types of songs, ranging from slow, moody efforts, to louder, attitude-filled songs. |
